Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, we will cancel the current order and create a new one with the requested changes — provided the request is made within 4 days of the order date.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 4 days of placing it by contacting us through:

If the order was paid in advance, your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method.

Note: If the cancellation request is made after 4 days, a portion of the advance payment may be deducted to cover manufacturing costs.

Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers must inspect the product before the delivery team leaves. Accepting the product is considered an implicit confirmation that it is free of defects and suitable for use.

If inspection is not done upon delivery, you have 3 days from the delivery date to review the product.

A full unboxing video is required starting from the moment the packaging is opened, in order to support any return claims.

Return Fees & Refunds

All our products are made to order to meet your specific needs. Therefore, they can only be returned in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with specifications.

If your return is approved for the reasons above, you will receive a full refund.

If you return a product without a valid reason, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, in addition to actual shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be reported defective within 14 days of delivery.
  • It must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • In case of shipping damage, contact us within 24 hours with at least 3 photos of the damage.
  • In case of change of mind, return is possible within 14 days (not applicable to custom-made items).
  • Missing or faulty parts must be reported within 48 hours with clear description.
  • Products must have been installed by our technicians (self-assembly items are excluded).
  • If none of the above conditions are met, your return request may be rejected.

Company Rights

ArtCor reserves the right to cancel any order during the processing period without prior justification, as a last resort in certain cases.

We may also remove or modify any product or content on our website at any time. In rare cases, we may reject an order even after confirmation due to exceptional circumstances.
