Advance Payment Terms

  • If you choose Cash on Delivery for an order exceeding EGP 10,000, a 15% advance payment is required.

  • For deliveries outside Cairo and Giza, a 15% advance is also required on the total order amount.

  • For customized products, a 50% advance payment is required.

  • For the following governorates, assembly is not provided and 70% of the total order value must be paid in advance:
    Monufia – Beheira – Kafr El-Sheikh – Damietta – Beni Suef – Fayoum – Minya – Assiut – Sohag – Qena – Aswan – Luxor

Additional Delivery Charges

Some products that need to be delivered above the third floor may incur extra delivery fees, depending on the width of the staircase and the number of technicians required for the lift.
These charges are assessed and confirmed only by ArtCor’s Customer Service, not by the delivery team.
